What exactly are daily affirmations?

How are the affirmations personalized?
The affirmations are personalized based on the choice of your track in the drop down menu on the Subscription form. We use this information to create affirmations to support your personal journey and aspirations.
What is the best way to use the affirmations?
Once you subscribe, you will recieve a text and email from Hbird. Save the number in your phone and the first affirmation will be delivered immediately! The email contains more info and a downloadable guide to enhance your affirmations affect. We recommend at a minimum reading them aloud.
What is the cancelation policy?
You can unsubscribe from the texts and emails any time. If you choose to STOP recieving texts, you will not longer recieve any affirmations and we will cancel your subscription, not billing you for the following month. We do not offer refunds if you cancel before month end.
How will I know they are working?
The experience varies, and you may not attribute changes to the affirmation process, just because we do not associate something so simple with the way things occur. So as part of your subscription you will recieve an email with monthly journal prompts to reflect on whats changed since starting the affirmation process. Also the more intentionally you work with the affirmations the more tangible the results!
If this is so easy, why haven't I heard of this before?
The science behind affirmations is clear that said, as humans we often think our thoughts are real and don't realize the ability to change our own reality by changing our thoughts and beliefs. We have been conditioned to believe what we do and can be resistent to letting that go. Once we decide to do the work it just takes a little discipline and consistency.
